Who would have thought a successful online brand would turn to print media? Style.com, which pioneered comprehensive runway coverage online (in as close to real time as a company could get), is launching Style.com Magazine at the end of the month.
“It’s going to be very much focused on Spring/Summer 2012 collections,” said Dirk Standen, Editor-in-Chief of Style.com in an August Business of Fashion interview. “We are going to spotlight the most interesting people, places and clothes of the season, but beyond that we are hoping to convey to the reader what the experience of going through that intense four week cycle is like.”
